(1) In case the name of a registered pharmacist and pharmacy assistant is removed from the register book in the case of the indictment under clause (a), (b) and (c) of sub-section (1) of section 18, the person concerned shall re-register the name after at least one year from the date of such removal. In accordance with section 12, an application can be made to the council.
(2) If an application for re-registration is given in accordance with sub-section (1), the council may decide to re-register the applicant's name if it sees fit.
(3) If the council decides to re-register the applicant's name in accordance with sub-section (2), the registrar shall re-register the applicant's name in the registration book and give the applicant a certificate of re-registration in the prescribed format.
